Transparent Pricing — No Surprise Bills

We believe you deserve to know what care costs before you commit to it. Whether you're using insurance or paying out of pocket, we are upfront about our rates — and we never send surprise bills.

Most of our services are covered by major insurance plans. For patients paying out of pocket, our flat-rate self-pay options are straightforward and competitive — and can often be more cost-effective than going through insurance depending on your deductible.

Self-Pay Rates

Wisconsin is a direct-access state — no referral needed. We accept most major insurance plans. Self-pay rates are available for patients without insurance or who prefer to pay out of pocket.

If you are interested in utilizing your insurance, we will verify your benefits so you know your estimated costs up front. .

Savings Packages — Spend & Save

We offer prepaid savings packages: Purchase $500 in clinic credit for $475 (5% savings) or $1,000 in clinic credit for $900 (10% savings). The credit may be used toward eligible services and can be shared among family members.

We also offer packages for our personal and performance training. Save $5/session with the prepaid purchase of 5 sessions or save $10/session with the prepaid purchase of 10 sessions.
