Health & Wellness Strength Classes
Dynamic Performance and Therapy's goal is to provide individuals of all ages and experiences with different strength-building opportunities to maximize performance. Our classes are (usually) based on a 6-week progression at 1430 Main Street, Onalaska location.

Balance and Stability Classes
For those seeking harmony in motion, our Balance & Stability Class is perfect. Enhance your coordination, prevent falls, and regain confidence in your movements. Discover the joy of balance,
both physically and mentally.
Onalaska location: Mondays/Wednesdays/Thursdays @ 10 am
Women's Small Group Classes
Ladies, this one's for you! Our Women's Group Class is a safe and supportive space where you can focus on your unique wellness needs. Empower yourself, connect with fellow women, and embrace everyone's well-being.

Monthly Membership
12 Month Commitment
Prices for 2 classes per week is $120.00 monthly.
Prices for 1 class per week is $75.00 monthly.
Perks: You can do a drop in classes between sessions for free. You also will get $120 credit you can use for any service at Dynamic.
Weekly Membership
6 Week Commitment
Prices for 2 classes per week is $240/session or $38.33 weekly for 6 weeks.
Prices for 1 class per week is $140/session or $23.33 weekly for 6 weeks.
Perks: We know life gets busy and it is sometimes hard to commit. Enjoy the flexibility of attending sessions at times that work for you.
